David Mitchell

David Mitchell is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in product innovation across the energy storage, aerospace, and medical device industries. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at AscendArc, they have previously contributed to significant projects at Blue Origin, including the New Shepard vehicle, and led mechanical engineering efforts at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG for ophthalmic medical devices. They also owned DM Engineering and Design Services, where they conceptualized custom designs and conducted research for various applications.
