Joe Huber is currently serving as the Head of Community at Ascender, overseeing community efforts within the Force Management sales training offerings since May 2022. Additionally, Joe has taken on a volunteer role as a Coach at RE:WORK TRAINING, where support is provided to individuals from overlooked communities in launching and maintaining rewarding careers in sales and technology. Prior experience includes various roles at Sprout Social, Inc. from June 2016 to April 2022, culminating as Customer Community Strategist, and previous leadership positions in customer success, sales, and marketing at companies such as HighGround and DialogTech. Joe founded Huber Consulting, focusing on startups in client communities and customer success until 2022. Joe holds a Master's degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University.
