Sejal Nagar is a dedicated Human Resources professional with broad experience in talent acquisition and performance enablement. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Ascendeum since April 2024, Sejal previously held the position of Talent Acquisition and Performance Enablement Executive at Valued Epistemics, where end-to-end recruitment for over 10 job descriptions was managed. Prior roles include internships at Erekrut, Asiana Times, and Unschool, as well as a traineeship at IFORTIS WORLDWIDE™, where innovative recruitment strategies led to a rapid hiring of over 16 marketing and sales interns. Sejal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The Bhopal School of Social Sciences, completed in 2022.
