William R. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. William is currently working at AscendEX as a Client Success Director, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Client Success Associate at the same company from February 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining AscendEX, William worked at CoinFlip, where they held multiple roles. William started as a Business Development Analyst in October 2020 and later was promoted to Senior Business Development Analyst, a position they held from January 2021 to July 2021. William then worked as a Senior Business Development Specialist from August 2021 to February 2022. Simultaneously, William also served as a Product Manager from November 2021 to February 2022.

Prior to their time at CoinFlip, William gained internship experience at HUB International, where they interned as a Data & Analytics Intern from March 2019 to June 2019 and as a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern from June 2019 to September 2019.

Before their professional internships, William interned at Ro Khanna for Congress as a Political Strategy Intern from June 2018 to 2019.

William's earliest work experience was as an Account Management Intern at Fallon from June 2017 to September 2017.

In addition to their professional experience, William also has a background in sailing and windsurfing. William worked as the Head Instructor of Sailing and Windsurfing at the Northwestern University Sailing Center from 2013 to 2016.

William R. completed their Bachelor's degree, majoring in Economics and Learning & Organizational Change, at Northwestern University from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they had a short-term study abroad experience at The University of Hong Kong, where they continued their studies in Business and Economics for a brief period. Additionally, they obtained a certification in PMC Level III from Pragmatic Institute in November 2021.
