Benton Luu

Benton Luu has two years of work experience with Ascendify. In 2020, they held the role of QA Manager & Customer Success Engineer. In 2019, they held two roles: QA & Customer Success Engineer, and QA Engineer. As QA Engineer, they worked closely with developers to effectively find, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, as well as ensure that implemented features met product requirements, using Agile methodologies. Benton also performed cross-browser and mobile testing to ensure consistency throughout platforms, wrote test plans to detail approach testing of new features, verified tickets using JIRA, and used Confluence for documentation.

Benton Luu attended Portnov Computer School from 2019 to 2019, studying Software Quality Assurance.
