Anastasiia Shevchenko

Anastasiia Shevchenko has a diverse work experience. Anastasiia started their career as a Secretary of the judicial meeting at the Economic court of the Kharkov area from June 2011 to September 2013. Anastasiia then worked as a Lawyer at OOO "Sovremennyy modern", where they handled various legal responsibilities such as contract drafting, registration of legal entities, representation in courts, and working with notaries and banking institutions, among others. Anastasiia was with OOO "Sovremennyy modern" from November 2013 to January 2018.

In March 2018, Anastasiia joined iNTRASERVIS SP. Z O.O. SK as an HR Manager for a brief period until June 2018. Following this, they worked at CHI Software, initially as an HR Assistant from July 2018 to December 2018, and later as an HR Manager from January 2019 to June 2021. Their responsibilities at CHI Software included onboarding, adaptation, and appraisal processes, motivation and retention of employees, conducting adaptation surveys, and conducting exit interviews.

Anastasiia is currently working at Ascendix Technologies as an HR Specialist, starting in June 2021.

Anastasiia Shevchenko attended Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they earned a Specialist degree in Law. In 2018, they participated in the IT HR school "ITHunt #21" in July and August. Additionally, in 2021, they attended Hillel IT School, focusing on Business analysis.
