Elena Ruchko

Elena Ruchko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elena is currently working as a Content Director at Ascendix Technologies since November 2021. Prior to this, Elena held the position of Head of Digital Marketing at Daxx Software Development Teams in Ukraine from November 2017. In this role, they were responsible for building a lead-generation pipeline through inbound marketing strategies and managing multiple digital marketing channels. Elena also worked as a Digital Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager at Daxx, where they tripled organic traffic and doubled the number of incoming leads from the website. Before joining Daxx, Elena worked as a Guest Blogger at ChinesePod from November 2016 to December 2017.

Elena's previous experience includes roles such as International Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing at Promodo, where they managed all marketing activities targeted at English-speaking markets. Elena developed and implemented inbound marketing strategies, managed creative resources, and conducted SEO and paid marketing campaigns. Elena also worked as a Marketing Assistant, Content Marketing Manager, and Social Media Marketing Manager at Promodo.

Additionally, Elena has experience working as an Executive Producer, Event Manager, and PR professional at The IT Crowd Kharkiv - Educational platform. Elena produced and hosted educational and networking events to improve the city's potential as an IT center and grow the local startup community. Elena also worked as a Copywriter and Marketing Assistant at W3 Ukraine, a Language Teacher at AIESEC University, and an Import Manager at Tekhnoimport Ltd.

Elena's work experience also includes roles such as Payment Card Department Manager at Joint-stock bank "Region-bank" and Seminar participant in "Monetary Economics in a Globalized World" at the University of Applied Sciences of Deutsche Bundesbank.

Elena Ruchko completed their education at several institutions. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Kharkiv National Pedagogical University after G.S.Skovoroda, where they pursued a major in English Language and Literature. Prior to that, they studied at the Kharkiv Institute of banking of the National bank of Ukraine from 2003 to 2008, earning a Master of Banking Management degree with a specialization in Banking.

In addition to their formal education, Elena also obtained two certifications. In December 2013, they achieved a Level 4 certification in HSK Chinese Proficiency Test. Moreover, in July 2013, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) certification from Google.
