Mariia Bezrodna

Mariia Bezrodna started their work experience in 2017 at Adyax as a Human Resources Manager. Mariia held this position from February 2017 until September 2020. In 2019, they also became the Human Resources Manager at Smile Ukraine - Open Source Solutions in Ukraine until September 2020. Later, they joined Smile Open Source Solutions in 2019 as a Retention Practice Leader until September 2020. Currently, they work at Ascendix Technologies, starting in September 2020 as an HR Specialist and then progressing to the role of Lead HR Specialist in October 2021.

Mariia Bezrodna obtained a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" between the years 2003 and 2009.
