Ben Welch

Ben Welch has a diverse work experience, primarily in the IT industry. Ben co-founded AscendN, where they worked as a Technology Recruiter alongside being involved in software development projects. Ben also served as the Chief Revenue Officer for AscendN Federal, specializing in recruiting professionals with security clearances. Ben volunteered for ASUG, organizing chapter meetings for SAP users in Northern California. Ben was also a Board Member for the San Diego IT Leaders Association, facilitating discussions on technology trends and challenges. Additionally, Ben has experience in resume writing for SAP professionals through their work at Resume Pursuit. Before that, they worked as a Senior SAP Recruiting & Consulting Specialist at R121. Ben's earlier roles include fundraising representative, marketing coordinator at the University of North Dakota, and high school football strength and conditioning coach.

Ben Welch attended John F. Kennedy High School in Bloomington, MN from 2000 to 2004. Ben then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing at the University of Minnesota Crookston from 2004 to 2009. Continuing their education, Ben obtained an MBA in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota between 2010 and 2012.
