Amaia E.

Amaia E. has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Amaia started their career as an HR Consultant at Randstad in 2002 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a Manager at Unión Interprofesional de la Comunidad de Madrid. Amaia then worked as an HR Consultant at SHL Internacional y Psicologos Empresariales SA from 2005 to 2006. Amaia joined Esri España in 2006 as an HRBP and stayed there until 2009. Following that, they worked at Simyo from 2009 to 2014, where they served as the HR Director, responsible for various HR functions. Currently, Amaia is working as an HR Director at Ascendum Group, a position they have held since 2015.

Amaia E. attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Licenciada degree in Sociología. In 2003 to 2006, they pursued their PhD, or Doctorado, in Sociología at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. Amaia also completed a Postgrado in Organización y motivación de equipos de trabajo at the same university from 2002 to 2003. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in HR Strategic Management at the Universidad Camilo José Cela. Amaia also participated in the GMP - General Management Program at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Amaia has obtained a certification as a Forensic Graphology Expert (Perito Calígrafo Judicial) from Psicograf.
