Telmo Gomes is a seasoned professional with a background in computer science. Telmo has a strong foundation in development and project management, particularly in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing. Graduating from Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco, Telmo holds a Licentiate degree in Computer Science.
