Sam Clark is an experienced real estate investment professional with a background in value-add and opportunistic investing. They have held significant positions at firms such as Revolution, Truist Securities, and Great Point Investors LLC, focusing on acquisitions, originations, and advisory services. Sam earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, concentrating on real estate and corporate finance, and completed the Summer Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth College. Currently, they serve as the Principal and Founder of Box Briar Capital Advisors and as a Strategic Advisor at Ascension Advisory, where they assist emerging real estate companies in building and growing their businesses.
