The Ascension Group builds and runs a done-for-you certified seller appointment system for real estate team leaders and broker-owners across the United States. We don't sell leads. We build a certified seller appointment flow you can control.

What is The Ascension Group?
A growth partner for real estate team leaders, brokerage owners, and solo agents building their first team. Our flagship, The Seller Certainty System, replaces fragmented lead vendors with one team running ads, outreach, qualification, booking, and optional recruiting support inside your business.

What is a "certified" seller appointment?
A real seller who confirmed they want to discuss listing, with a validated motivation and timeline that meets your definition of qualified. Not a form fill. Not a click. A confirmed human being on your calendar.

Who is this for?
Real estate team leaders with 5 to 25 agents already spending five figures a month on lead gen. Broker-owners scaling past 50 agents who need a recruiting edge. Solo agents who need a predictable appointment system before they can hire.

How is this different from REDX, Zillow Premier Agent, Mark Spain, Ylopo, BoldLeads, or Real Geeks?
Every competitor sells a piece. Cheap data. Lead lists. Software. Ad packages. None own the full result. We run the ads, outbound calls, qualification, booking, follow up, and recruiting support, end to end. One team. One system. One result.

How does pricing work?
Three tiers, three-month or month-to-month. Build, copy, creative, ISA team, and ongoing management sit inside program funds. Marketing spend is on top with a clear minimum and transparent management fee.

Why partner with us?
We share the financial risk. If we are not hitting our quota, we put our own money behind it until our partner hits their number. We're the airplane. You go on vacation.
