Daniel Kravitz is the National Cash Balance Practice Leader at FuturePlan, where they drive strategy and growth for the Cash Balance Center of Excellence. With over 20 years of experience as a recognized innovator in the Cash Balance space, they authored the top-selling book, *Beyond the 401(k): How Advisors Can Grow Their Businesses with Cash Balance Plans*, and frequently speak at industry events. Previously, they served as president of Kravitz, Inc., where they transformed the firm into a national leader in retirement consulting. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology from the University of California, Davis.
