Eileen Cook

Eileen Cook is the Director of Corporate Development and M&A at Ascensus, bringing a wealth of experience in financial planning and analysis from a career that spans prominent investment firms in New York and various corporate roles. Previously, Cook served as Manager of Corporate Development at Conduent, where evaluation of potential acquisitions formed a key part of the company's transformation strategy. Prior to that, Cook held positions at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc., MacKay Shields, Smith Barney, and Lord Abbett, gaining extensive expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive presentations. Eileen graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in International Studies and Economics from American University and is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at NYU Stern School of Business.
