Support Team Lead - CRM at Ascensus

Jay Murphy has extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and IT support, starting from a role as Desktop Support at PTC in 1997 to the current position as Support Team Lead - CRM at Ascensus since February 2019. Previous roles include Senior Program Administrator and Program Administrator for CRM at Ascensus, and CRM Support Consultant at DXC Technology. Notable accomplishments include the installation and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, development of business processes and reports, as well as the creation of training materials. Jay Murphy has also been actively involved in the CRM community, serving as the Chair for the New York (Upstate/Albany) Chapter of CRMUG and earning the CRMUG Administrator Black Belt. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer and Information Systems from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an AS in Computer Science from Cobleskill.
