Joseph Fox

Joseph Fox has a diverse work experience. Joseph started their career at Unisys in 2000 as a Systems Analyst and later became a Situation Manager, providing escalation support to clients and internal coordination. In 2007, they joined VoiceVerified as a Systems Administrator, managing the Windows and Linux infrastructure. In 2009, they worked at PJM Interconnection as a Consultant, addressing support tickets and working on various projects. Currently, they are working at Ascensus since 2010 as a Principal Architect, focusing on IT Integrations related to M&A activities.

Joseph Fox earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Science & Information Systems from Penn State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the "Amazon Web Services for Architects Essential Training" and "Azure Administration Essential Training" courses from LinkedIn. In 2020, they completed the "Microsoft Teams Essential Training" course. Joseph also completed the "Being a Good Mentor" and "Effective Listening" courses in 2019. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained a certification in "Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4" from LinkedIn.
