Rick Irace is currently the Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Retirement Service and Service Operations for the Future Plan Division of Ascensus. In this role, they focus on executing organizational strategic initiatives to enhance profitability, manage risk, and elevate client satisfaction. Previously, Rick joined Ascensus in 2016 as the Head of Service and Operations for the Retirement and Health Savings Divisions, overseeing operations supporting over 44,000 retirement plans and 2 million participants. Prior to Ascensus, Rick was the Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, where they led Institutional Retirement Products and Solutions. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Monmouth University and is FINRA Series 7 and 24 licensed.
