Ruchi Bhatia

Ruchi Bhatia is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Relationship Manager for Nonqualified Client Services at Ascensus since August 2025. Previously, Ruchi held the position of Client Services Manager at Principal Financial Group from November 2018 to September 2025, where responsibilities included maintaining relationships with plan sponsors and financial advisors, ensuring client retention for over 130 non-qualified plans, and acting as a subject matter expert on Non-qualified Deferred Compensation Plans. Additionally, Ruchi was the Chair of the Asian Employee Resource Group, leading over 2,300 members globally and promoting cultural awareness, inclusivity, and diverse talent acquisition. Ruchi earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Gujarat University between 1994 and 1997.
