Stephen Durocher

Stephen Durocher has extensive experience in strategic leadership and revenue assurance across various organizations. At Ascensus, Stephen served as Vice President, Strategy Initiatives at FuturePlan from October 2018 to January 2023, focusing on developing and implementing strategic operating plans for the company’s growth. Currently, Stephen holds the position of Vice President Revenue Assurance at Ascensus, overseeing revenue generation and client satisfaction. Prior to this, Stephen was Managing Director at Crown Rock Consulting, where responsibilities included translating business needs into strategic initiatives for small and medium-sized organizations. Stephen's earlier career includes significant roles at Prudential Financial and Cigna, where Stephen contributed to sales operations, client relations, business development, and project management. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance, graduating summa cum laude from Assumption College.
