Tracy Fiene

Tracy Fiene is currently the Director of Operations at Ascensus, where they lead the Loans & Distributions team and Global Strategy, developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Prior to this, Tracy held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Empower and Great-West Financial, where they oversaw tax reporting and operational transitions. They began their career as a Retirement Plan Specialist at Zurich Scudder Investments. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University and an Associate's degree from Wentworth Military Academy.
