Christopher Progen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Christopher currently works as a Product Development Engineer at Ascensus Specialties since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Kraton Corporation from 2019 to 2023 as a Process Safety Engineer, where they managed the implementation of process safety management programs and held several key positions such as site management of change coordinator and root cause analysis champion.

Before joining Kraton, they were a Production Engineer at Eastman Chemical Company from 2017 to 2019, providing technical support and serving as a division representative for a debottlenecking project.
