Mayya B. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mayya currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Ascensus Specialties since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director and Head of Information Technology at Catalent Pharma Solutions from July 2020 to June 2023.

Mayya also has a background in IT leadership roles at Roche, where they served as the Head of IT North America, Diabetes Care from November 2014 to July 2020. Mayya was responsible for driving major IT transformations and delivering significant savings through various programs. Mayya also held roles as an IT Account Manager and Global Projects Manager at Roche.

Before their time at Roche, Mayya worked as a Pharmaceutical Projects Consultant at Eli Lilly & Co and as a Global Project Manager at Covance CLS. Mayya started their career as a Registered Nurse at General Hospital in Ukraine from 1995 to 1998.

Additionally, Mayya is an accomplished author and inspirational speaker, with a career that dates back to 2009 when they started working as an Author/Inspirational Speaker under their own company, MaYya.

Mayya B. has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Mayya also holds an MBA with concentrations in Management and Marketing from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
