Melissa Piccirilli has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Melissa began their career at Dick's Sporting Goods as an Apparel Lead in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an Office Coordinator at Applus Technologies. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Data Entry via Global Employment Solutions at Citadel Investment Group and Citadel LLC. During this time, they also served as a Board Member at Hostel Detroit and a Head Server at Brooklyn Street Local. In 2011, they worked as an Office/Account Manager at Paper Street Ferndale. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Distribution Support Analyst at Cisco. During this time, their role included using existing databases to pull different sets of data to combine and analyze for quarter end and year end reviews, as well as helping to build and put together a quarterly package for distributors. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a QA Analyst and Customer Support Specialist at LevelEleven, and later as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are employed as a Product Analyst and QA Analyst at Ascent Cloud.
Melissa Piccirilli obtained their Bachelor of Science in Religion from Central Michigan University between 2002 and 2007. Melissa also attended Macomb Community College for General Sciences.
