Simon Groom

Simon Groom has worked in the software development industry for over 14 years, beginning with Liberty Financial Pty Ltd in 2006, where they held roles as a Program Analyst, Quality Analyst, Technical Administrator, and Customer Service Officer. In 2014, they joined Next Dimension Inc. as a Software Developer, responsible for the full-stack design and development of web-based applications and frameworks. In 2015, they moved to Next Healthcare Technologies Inc., where they were responsible for the full-stack design, development, architecture and testing of propriety web applications and cloud based SaaS solutions for the Medical industry. Simon currently works at Ascent Cloud, where they hold the roles of Engineering Manager, Software Developer Technical Lead, and Software Developer.

Simon Groom completed a Bachelor of Business from La Trobe University between 2003 and 2006, majoring in Business Administration and Management. Simon then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Oregon in 2006.
