Women in Corporate Africa work HARD, driving the success of startups, conglomerates, and listed companies. Yet, when it’s time to step into leadership, many hit a brick wall due to structural and cultural barriers.

At Ascent Club, we’re changing this narrative by equipping women with in-depth leadership training, mentorship from senior leaders, strategic relationship-building skills, and a supportive community of like-minded women.

By raising their visibility and creating a sustainable “ladder” for advancement, we’re breaking barriers and building a future of formidable female leadership in Africa and globally
