Matthew Pace

Matthew Pace has held various roles throughout their work experience. Matthew began their career at Ascent in 2007 as a Junior Software Developer and later became a Software Developer. In 2011, they were promoted to Senior Software Specialist and served in that role until 2015. Following this, they worked as a Project Lead from 2015 to 2017 and as a Product Manager from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Head Of Operations at Ascent. Currently, they are the Head of Delivery at Ascent, starting in 2022. In 2016, Matthew also worked at Trident Suite as both a Project Lead and a Product Manager.

Matthew Pace completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Malta. Matthew attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Matthew obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in May 2015.
