Robert Gonzi

Robert Gonzi has extensive work experience in a variety of roles, primarily in the field of human resources and operations management. Robert has worked at Ascent since 2007, holding positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition, Company Secretary (Malta), Data Protection Officer, and Evolve Programme Manager. Robert also served as the Director of Human Resources and Head of Talent Acquisition at the company. Prior to their time at Ascent, Gonzi worked at TSAM LTD as a Director on the Board of Directors from 2016 to 2017. Robert also gained experience at Calleja Ltd, starting as a Software Developer in 1991 and later becoming the IT Manager, responsible for managing the software development team and infrastructure team.

Robert Gonzi attended Paolino Vassali Upper Lyceum from 1989 to 1991, where they studied IT, Accounts, and Banking. Later, from 2007 to 2008, they enrolled in the University of Malta and pursued studies in ICT.
