Mark Higgins

Mark Higgins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chair at Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP since January 2024, Higgins has been the Managing Partner for Scotland and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate & Commercial Litigation at Irwin Mitchell since 2007. Additionally, Higgins has held the position of Chief Executive at Ascent Performance Group Ltd since 2009 and was a Non Executive Board Member at the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service from January 2010 to December 2014. Mark Higgins completed a degree at the University of Glasgow from 1987 to 1992.
