Layla Compton

Layla Compton has extensive experience in revenue accounting, currently serving as a Revenue Accountant Supervisor at Ascent Resources since November 2016, where previous roles included Revenue Accountant IV, Accountant III, and Revenue Accountant II. Prior to Ascent Resources, Layla worked at Energy Financial Services LLC, managing revenue processing for major purchasers from July 2014 to November 2016, and at Gulfport Energy Corporation focusing on similar responsibilities from February 2013 to June 2014. Earlier in her career, Layla was associated with HighMount Exploration & Production LLC from December 2008 to February 2013, where duties included reconciling inter-company accounts and managing ownership updates. Layla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix OKC Campus, completed between 2001 and 2003.
