Wesley Heap

Wesley Heap has a diverse work experience. Wesley began their career in 2013 as an Editor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 2016, they moved into the legal field and worked as a Law Clerk at Childress, Loucks & Plunkett. In 2017, they continued to work as a Law Clerk at Shaw Legal Services, Ltd. In 2018, they transitioned to the regulatory field and held the roles of Associate, Regulatory Intelligence; Senior Associate, Regulatory Intelligence & Customer Experience; and Manager, Regulatory Solutions at Ascent.

Wesley Heap obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) from DePaul University College of Law between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Classics, Classical Languages, and Linguistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2010 and 2014. Wesley also obtained an Attorney certification from the Illinois State Bar Association in November 2018.
