Bryan Roberts

Bryan Roberts began their career in 2018 as a Marketing Intern for Creative Tension Marketing. In 2019, they moved to bulb Digital Portfolios as a Technical Integrations Specialist, where they verified data from a variety of SIS sources and worked to ensure successful implementation, account provisioning, and ongoing success of clients. Bryan also identified process weaknesses and designed and implemented process improvements to optimize internal workflows. Additionally, they aided QA, bug-finding & ticket creation, and managed and prioritized feature requests. In 2021, they joined Ascent360 as a Business System Analyst.

Bryan Roberts completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Grandview High School from 2011 to 2015. Bryan also obtained a certification in Become a Customer Service Specialist from LinkedIn in January 2020.
