Timothy Jansen

Timothy Jansen has worked in the technology industry since 2008. Timothy began their career at Blockbuster as an Assistant Manager in 2008. In 2012, they joined Geek Squad as a Computer Network Engineer (Field&Remote), providing end-to-end on-site and remote support, installation, configuration, repair, training, setup, data backup, diagnostic, account management and troubleshooting. Timothy also served as a Field Service Technician and Deputy of Counter Intelligence at Geek Squad. In 2018, they moved to Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage as a Hardware Technician. Most recently, in 2021, they started working as a Desktop Support Engineer at Ascent360.

Timothy Jansen received their diploma in General Studies from Hilton Head High School between 1998 and 2001. In 2007, they began attending Suffolk County Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science in 2009. In 2002, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. In 2014, they obtained a Microsoft Retail Sales Professional certification from Microsoft.
