Freesia Chen

Freesia Chen has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Freesia started their career as an International Trade Assistant at DaLing International Trade Chemistry Company in 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist/Manager at Oxford Management in Shanghai, where they focused on supplier development, sourcing management, and contracting. Freesia then joined Eli Lilly China in 2005 as a Customer Service Associate, responsible for planning, demand forecasting, procurement, and sourcing.

In 2007, Freesia Chen joined Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics as a Supply Chain Supervisor for Greater China. Freesia held this role until 2009. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Supply Chain Manager for Vaccines and HIV Therapy at GSK China. In this role, they led and directed the China supply chain team, ensuring operational and functional excellence of GSK's products and enhancing supply chain performance.

From 2014 to 2016, Freesia Chen worked as a Senior Supply Chain and Commercial Operations Manager at Merz Pharma, where they oversaw supply chain activities and commercial operations. Freesia'smost recent role was as a Senior Supply Chain Director (Commercial & Clinical) at Ascentage Pharma, starting in December 2016.
