Chadwick (Chad) Baker is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ascentek and the Bame Foundation, recognized as a leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. They have held various executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Golding Farms Foods and Executive Vice President at JBS/Pilgrim's, where they significantly enhanced shareholder value. Chad has a rich history of leadership at Smithfield Foods, driving substantial growth in retail and foodservice operations. They are also an Advisory Board Member at ExxonMobil and actively advocate for child health and wellness initiatives.
