Jeff Higgins is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment management. Currently, Jeff serves as Managing Director at Ascentris, a position held since November 2015, where Jeff has also held roles as Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Associate. Previously, Jeff worked at Amstar Group from 2012 to October 2015 as an Associate, contributing to the acquisition, development, and management of various properties. Jeff began in the industry as an intern at Formations, LLC in 2010, a firm focused on buyer's agency in real estate. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by studies at Illinois Wesleyan University.
