Ascham Homes was an 'arms length management organisation' (ALMO). This is a not-for-profit company set up by the London Borough of Waltham Forest Council to manage and improve the housing that it owns. Ascham Homes managed 12400 homes (including 1800 leasehold properties) on behalf of the Council.
Ascham homes no longer exists, LBWF housing stock is now managed in-house and by two TMO's - Friday Hill TMO in the north of the borough, covering part of Chingford and Highams Park and SAMS TMO in the south
