Ben is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the processes that govern how ASC supports the employees and the customers. These processes include EXS (Employee experience strategy) and CXS (Customer experience strategy). Ben also oversees the Customer Service and Service & Maintenance departments. Before this role, Ben was the ASC’s Safety Manager for 7 years. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Lewis & Clark College and is currently studying for his MBA.
