Victor manages ASC's safety department. In this role, he develops, implements, and maintains EHS plans, safe work practices, and safe procedures for ASC's shop, office, and field activities. Victor comes to ASC with over 15 years of safety management experience. Prior to joining ASC, Victor developed and managed safety, health, and workers' compensation programs at several large staffing and manufacturing companies.
