Daniela Benigno

Daniela Benigno has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniela began their career in 2008 at Cook County Government, where they served as an Executive Assistant II. In this role, they managed various responsibilities such as organizing the Cook County Fellowship Program, overseeing annual health fairs, and assisting with union matters. In 2015, Daniela transitioned to the Association for Supply Chain Management, where they started as an HR Generalist/HRIS Analyst. Their duties included payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. Daniela later advanced to the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources and is currently working as the Associate Director of Human Resources.

Daniela Benigno completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2004 to 2008. Daniela went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resources at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Additionally, Daniela obtained a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Triton College. Currently, they are working towards obtaining the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM, with an expected completion year in 2023.
