Ryan Kavanaugh

Ryan Kavanaugh is a seasoned professional in logistics and supply chain management with a diverse background in customer service and public affairs. Currently serving as a Volunteer Assistant Logistics and Public Affairs Officer for Civil Air Patrol, Ryan has been an integral part of the Association for Supply Chain Management since 2013, holding multiple roles including Account Manager and Manager of Certification Operations. Demonstrated expertise in managing customer service escalations, improving database tracking systems, and training team members has led to significant achievements in client outreach and retention. Prior experience includes quality control inspection at Maximum Communications and field representative work at Abelard Construction LLC, alongside a solid foundation in technical support as Fulfillment Manager at Proton Computers Inc. Ryan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
