Tiny Marchal

Tiny Marchal has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at ASCO since October 2011. Prior to this role, Tiny held the position of Personeelsverantwoordelijke at Deufol Logistics for six months and worked as HR Recruitment & Selection Manager at Sitel from 2005 to 2010. Earlier in the career, Tiny was an HR Generalist at Komatsu Europe International for nearly 15 years. Tiny holds a Master’s degree in Arbeidssociologie from KU Leuven, completed between 1982 and 1987.
