Head Of Simulation Software BU at ASCON

Philipp Ryabov has extensive work experience in simulation software and engineering roles. Philipp currently serves as the Head of simulation software BU at ASCON, a position they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked for CADFEM CIS from June 2013 to July 2022 as a Principal Simulation Engineer.

Before their time at CADFEM CIS, Ryabov held positions at INTA LLC / CJSC Energopotok power equipment facility as an Analysis Engineer from April 2011 to March 2013. In this role, they performed mechanical and fluid dynamics calculations and design optimization of valves for the nuclear industry.

Ryabov also worked as an FEA Engineer at SODIS Scientific production association LLC from January 2011 to April 2011. Earlier in their career, they served as an Assistant Engineer at the National Research Nuclear University (former Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) from February 2006 to December 2010, conducting research and teaching in chemical physics and computational fluid and gas dynamics.

Additionally, Ryabov worked as an engineer at FSUE Research Institute Mosstroy from June 2008 to June 2009, where they created 3D models of unique buildings for simulation using ANSYS Mechanical and LS/DYNA software.

Throughout their career, Ryabov has demonstrated expertise in simulation software, analysis, mechanical and fluid dynamics calculations, and research in various industries such as power equipment, construction, and nuclear engineering.

Philipp Ryabov obtained a Master's degree in physics of kinetic phenomena from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) in the years 2003 to 2009. Philipp also possesses additional certifications in technical fields, including ANSYS Certified Professional in ANSYS AIM, ANSYS SpaceClaim, Fluids, and Structural, which were obtained in August 2015 from ANSYS, Inc.
