Eric Herman

Eric Herman currently serves as the Group Head of Underwriting Performance Management at Ascot Group, a position held since January 2025. Prior experience includes ten years at Everest Insurance®, where Eric held the roles of Chief Underwriting Officer for North America and Vice President, Head of Business Performance Management & Analytics, focusing on profitable growth and strategic execution. Previously, Eric led business performance management initiatives in the Specialty Products division at Zurich North America for nearly a decade, and started as an Actuarial Associate/Manager at Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Co. Eric's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
