Michael Stram is an experienced underwriting specialist with a focus on cyber and professional liability. Currently serving as an Underwriting Specialist at Ascot Group since July 2022, Michael previously held the position of Senior Underwriter in the same field. Prior to joining Ascot Group, Michael gained extensive experience at Starr Insurance Companies from June 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included underwriting various professional liability lines, such as Architects and Engineers, Network Security, and Privacy Liability. Additionally, Michael completed the Global Associates Program at Starr while working as an Underwriting Associate and Underwriter. Earlier in 2015, Michael interned at Cigna Group Insurance. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2015.
