Will Chen

Will Chen currently serves as the US CFO at Ascot Group, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, Will Chen was the SVP & US CFO at Argo Group from 2017 to 2021, where significant growth was achieved through strong leadership relationships. From 2012 to 2017, Will Chen held the position of VP & Finance Director for Specialty Products at Zurich North America, effectively closing a top-line budget gap and enhancing performance reporting. Earlier roles include FP&A Officer for Global Marine at AIG and Area President at Risk Placement Services, where Will Chen was instrumental in transitioning business culture and optimizing financial operations. Will Chen began the career at Starr Companies as Assistant Vice President Finance and also worked briefly at AIG as an Operations Officer. Will Chen holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance from New York University and a BBA in Marketing from Baruch College.
