Emma B. is a senior people leader with extensive experience in both consulting and in-house roles, having worked with various organizations, from FTSE 100 companies to private equity-backed businesses. They have led culture and engagement strategies and built Centres of Excellence across sectors such as retail and financial services. Emma previously served as Leadership Development Manager at Allianz, where they led multiple leadership programs, and is currently the Head of Learning & Development and Talent at Asda, focusing on cultural change and capability building. They hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
