Jules Kitching-Smith

Jules Kitching-Smith is an accomplished Senior Manager in Employee Relations and Change, currently leading initiatives at Asda since 2025. Previously, they held key positions at Tesco, including Lead Workplace Relations Partner and Head of Workplace Relations, where they developed expertise in navigating complex change processes and fostering positive employee relations. Jules earned a Master of Science in Medical Anthropology from Durham University and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from UCL.
