Luiz Camassa

Luiz Camassa has diverse experience in customer support and engineering roles. Luiz began as an Estagiario at Schaeffler, working in vehicle testing and special machine design from October 2001 to June 2004. A significant tenure at TYROLIT Group lasted from February 2006 to August 2020, where Luiz served as an Engenheiro de aplicações e vendas, managing key accounts, supporting technical areas, and overseeing commercial negotiations. Transitioning to customer service, Luiz worked as a Contact Center Agent at cxLoyalty from November 2020 to July 2021 and later as a Customer Care Associate II at Conduent from July 2021 to July 2023. Currently, Luiz operates as a Warehouse operative at Asda since April 2023. Luiz holds an Engineer's degree in Automation from Unimep (1999-2005) and completed a sales team management extension course at UNICAMP in 2008.
