Matt Wood is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and commercial operations. Currently serving as the Commercial Operations Director at Asda since April 2017, Matt oversees a range of critical functions including trade planning, supplier engagement, and zero waste operations. Prior roles at Asda include Senior Director positions in food modular planning, supply management, and head of central supply, where responsibilities spanned global supply chain strategies and inventory management. Experience also includes a role as Supply Chain Development Director at Card Factory and Replenishment Director for Walmart Brazil.
